Richard Steel, President of Brandywine Valley Consulting, founded the company in 1988 as a means to provide organizations with high-quality consulting and training to effectively meet their business goals. Holding graduate degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Development, as well as an undergraduate degree in Education, he has utilized his extensive managerial, training, consulting and coaching experience to help companies “make a difference” with each change effort.
Rich has worked internationally, writing and publishing many articles on leadership, people skills and other topics. He has served as Editor of a monthly Management Digest, and actively serves on corporate boards. Since expanding BVC in 1990, Rich has hired top associates with similarly broad experience and education to uphold BVC’s values of improving people, quality and performance.
